•  Consultation with the bride and groom to discuss the plans for their wedding and to determine the appropriate sequence of events

•  Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

•  Ongoing wedding consultation including budget advice, creative ideas to personalize your wedding and vendor recommendations

•  Attendance and direction at the wedding rehearsal

•  Confirmation with wedding vendors to ensure wedding day arrangements

•  Attendance and coordination of the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

Partial Wedding Planning Services

•  Consultation with bride and groom to discuss their ideal wedding ceremony and reception

•  Preparing schedules/time lines and checklists

•  Selecting an appropriate venue/reception site and vendors to meet your desired needs such as the following:

•  Negotiating with vendors and assuring reasonable rates

•  Reviewing vendor contracts and assuring services provided

•  Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to attend

•  Full service vendor coordination*

•  Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely and professional manner

•  Coordinating the final payments to your vendors (if requested)

•  Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products

*Full service vendor coordination entails Blooms & Brides meeting various vendors and providing meeting agendas including rates and services provided. Additionally. digital photographs of potential services (i.e. photos of cake styles) can be mailed or e-mailed for you to choose your vendors/services at your convenience. Out-of-town clients can greatly benefit from this service and can save time and money by eliminating unnecessary travel and meetings.

** Blooms & Brides is also a full service florist providing wedding flowers for your special day. While we would prefer to be the florist for your wedding, it is not a requirement of our Wedding Coordinating Services and will be happy to work with any other florist you choose.
